Caltrans is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms that may lead to the award of a contract for on-call Environmental Generalist Services. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will require the submittal of an electronic PDF file of the Statement of Qualifications (SQQ) as stated in Section IV "Submission of Statements of Qualifications (SQQ)". The work shall be performed on the Project within the limits of Caltrans District 10. The specific location of the work to be performed shall be identified in each Task Order. Unless modified by Addenda, RFQ Requirements Question & Answer (Q&A's) must be received no later than seven (7) business days after RFQ advertisement. 22% DBE Goal Participation required Estimated contract amount $$3,200,000.00 - $5,200,000.00 The estimated contract term is three (3) years Please refer to the RFQ for goal requirement and Attachment 1 for licensing requirements for this contract. Addendum 1 - The purpose of this Addendum is for the Department to provide responses and/or clarification for the following concerns: 1. Vendor clarification for SOQ Instructions (dated 10/07/2020), Section II. Definitions, Item O 2. Executive Order (EO) N-12-23 as it relates to the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) replaces Executive Order N-12-12 and retires GenAI Reporting and Factsheet Form STD1000. Addendum 2- The purpose of this Addendum is for the Department to provide responses and/or clarification to Section F.3 - Consultant Task Order Manager paragraph 4 and Section F.5 - Consultant Personnel and Team Member Qualifications paragraph 1.
