Work Details
The San Mateo County Parks Department is seeking proposals for the design, installation, monitoring, and maintenance of a combined fire and security alarm system at its main park ranger office located at 9500 Pescadero Creek Road, Loma Mar, CA. The current systems for fire/life safety and intrusion monitoring will be consolidated into a single integrated solution that complies with all relevant fire and safety codes. Key requirements include:
- **System Design and Installation:**
- Replace or upgrade existing systems with an integrated solution.
- Provide a Fire Alarm Control Panel with backup power.
- Install devices such as smoke detectors, heat sensors, manual pull stations, horns, strobes, emergency notification devices, door/window contacts, motion detectors, video surveillance cameras (if proposed), etc.
