Background
The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) has established a contracting opportunity for the replacement of the 7th Street Metro Center Traction Power Substation (TPSS). Additionally, all contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations to be eligible to work on public works projects.
