Background

2. The solution must be a single tech stack designed for enterprise customers with features including:
- Fully automated end-to-end migrations with cutover, iterations, and reporting.
- Transparent tiering allowing seamless data movement without disrupting end-user access.
- Support for governance reviews, legal holds, compliance audits, and reporting on data access activity.
- Identification of cold or infrequently accessed files for cloud migration while preserving metadata.
- Ability to perform global searches across all storage vendors from on-premises to the cloud.
- Comprehensive reporting on costs and usage without impacting user performance.
3. Maintenance and technical support must include:
- A software license covering 250TB of data for one year with premium support available 24/7.
4. Implementation services including:
- Initial setup and onboarding of the software solution for operational readiness.
- Final system testing and user acceptance documentation.
- Provision of how-to/tutorial documentation and videos for administrators.
Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to last until June 1, 2027.

The primary location for performance will be at the LA County Department of Public Works located at 900 S. Fremont Ave., Alhambra, CA 91803.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with California safety requirements for all equipment provided. Additionally, bidders are encouraged to subcontract portions of the work to qualified Small Business Enterprises (SBE), Local Small Business Enterprises (LSBE), Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE), Social Enterprises (SE), and Community Business Enterprises (CBE). All bids must include completed Appendix A forms as specified in the solicitation.
