Background

Vendors must complete the attached Request for Quote Worksheet, providing unit prices for each line item listed along with shipping and inside delivery costs. Additionally, vendors are required to fill out and sign the Bidder Declaration and Darfur Contracting Act Certification.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is expected to commence upon award and continue until all items are delivered. The deadline for quotes is set for March 4, 2025.
