Background

Bidders must possess a valid B - General Contractor license issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB) and be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Additionally, bidders must comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation goals of 3% and demonstrate commitment to subcontracting with certified small businesses or microbusinesses. A bid bond is required for bids exceeding $461,000.
