Background
This solicitation is a One Time Acquisition conducted by the California Department of Transportation, Division of Equipment.

California seller’s permit or certification of registration;
completion of Payee Data Record (STD. 204);
Bidder Declaration Form (GSPD-05-105);
and compliance with the Darfur Contracting Act and Iran Contracting Act certifications.
Additionally, bidders claiming small business preferences must be certified as small businesses or commit to subcontracting at least 25% with certified small businesses.
