Background
This solicitation is a One Time Acquisition conducted by the California Department of Transportation, Division of Equipment for the procurement of one (1) Personnel Hoist, Underbridge Inspection Truck. The goal is to supply equipment in accordance with State of California Specification 07582-036-243 and all included drawings.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide one (1) Personnel Hoist, Underbridge Inspection Truck. The equipment must meet the specifications outlined in State of California Specification 07582-036-243.

The bid must include pricing for the truck as well as any additional costs associated with delivery and compliance with specifications.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon acceptance of the bid and is expected to be completed by June 12, 2025, which is also the due date for bids.

Place of Performance
The delivery location for the equipment is Caltrans Shop 11, located at 7179 Opportunity Rd., San Diego, CA 92111.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with California Government Code requirements regarding small business participation.

Bidders claiming small business preference must be certified by California as a small business or commit to subcontract at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the net bid price with certified small businesses. Additionally, bidders must complete and submit various forms including the Payee Data Record (STD. 204), Bidder Declaration Form (GSPD-05-105), and certifications related to the Darfur Contracting Act and Iran Contracting Act if applicable.
