The awarded contract will be a single, all-or-none Purchase Order, though the City reserves the right to award all or none, or to make multiple awards by Bid Item Section as specified in the Invitation for Bid (IFB).

Contract requirements include:
- Supplying six (6) 30-inch valves that meet all specifications outlined in the IFB
- Compliance with all terms and conditions set forth by the City
- Any exceptions to specifications must be fully described through the Q & A process for City review and approval. Only deviations formally approved and deemed acceptable as or equal by City personnel will be considered. Failure to follow this process will result in a non-responsive bid.

- Contact the Buyer at least one week prior to meetings, bid due date, or formal bid opening if disability-related aids or services are needed to participate in public meetings, bid openings, or to deliver bid packages
