Background
The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is seeking bids for the provision of Uniform Coveralls and Shop Linens. The contract aims to ensure that CAL FIRE personnel have access to clean coveralls and various shop supplies in good condition on a weekly basis. This initiative supports CAL FIRE's mission to protect California's natural resources through effective firefighting and emergency response.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees necessary to deliver clean coveralls and shop supplies as directed by the CAL FIRE Project Representative. The estimated weekly quantity reflects half the total inventory since half will be in service while the other half is being cleaned. The contractor must adjust supply quantities based on fluctuations in staffing levels as directed by CAL FIRE.

Specific items include:
- Coveralls: 57 units per week
- Shop Towels (cloth): 200 units per week
- Floor Mats:
- 3’x4’: 2 units
- 4’x6’: 2 units
- 3’x10’: 2 units

Additionally, the contractor must handle replacement costs for damaged items annually, including:
- Coveralls: 1,000 replacements
- Shop Towels (cloth): 4,500 replacements.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to continue for a duration of three years with weekly deliveries.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various CAL FIRE locations across California as specified by the Project Representative.
