Description

Contractor shall provide services at the Veterans Home of California-Yountville (Home), Main Kitchen, located at 100 California Drive, Yountville, CA 94599. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, staff,transportation, license, permits and every other item of expense necessary, unless otherwise stated, to provide Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning Services. Services shall be provided at the Home, upon request and in compliance with terms of this Agreement.
Background
The California Department of Veterans Affairs (CalVet) is seeking quotes from certified California Small Businesses (SB) and Micro Businesses (MB) for Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning Services at the Veterans Home of California-Yountville.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the cleanliness and safety of kitchen exhaust systems in compliance with health and safety standards.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, staff, transportation, licenses, permits, and any other expenses necessary to perform Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning Services at the Main Kitchen located at 100 California Drive, Yountville, CA 94599.
Services must be provided upon request and in accordance with the terms outlined in this Agreement.

Period of Performance
The term of this Agreement shall commence on July 1, 2025, or upon date of approval, whichever is later, and will continue through June 30, 2028.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Veterans Home of California-Yountville located at 100 California Drive, Yountville, CA 94599.
