Work Details

3. In-person services in the Los Angeles region (within 50 miles of 320 West 4th Street, Suite 500, Los Angeles, CA).

5. Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) available on-demand within 60 seconds.
Services will include simultaneous ASL interpretation both ways between spoken English and ASL, including tactile signing as needed. In-person and pre-scheduled VRI will be billed for a minimum of two hours; any additional time will be billed in half-hour increments. On-demand services will be billed per minute based on usage.
Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon award and continue through the duration specified in the final agreement. Specific service requests will be made during normal business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
Place of Performance
In-person services will be provided at or within 50 miles of CPUC offices located in San Francisco, Sacramento, and Los Angeles. Remote services can be performed from any location chosen by the contractor.
