2. Construction: Made from three pieces of 5-5 ½ oz genuine cowhide leather, chrome tanned, color dyed throughout; no cardboard, plastic, or synthetic fillers.
3. Assembly: Layers glued and sewn together using No. 92 bonded polyester thread at eight stitches per inch.
4. Design: Features a top cut-out arched panel (9/16” wide) and a straight bottom panel (9/16” wide and 3” long).
5. Lettering: Printed on 3M Scotchcal™ vinyl film.
6. Customization: Options for sewn-on leather numbers or medallions as per selection sheet.
7. Mounting: Includes four mounting holes with a diameter of 3/16”.
8. Color specifications for various ranks include specific colors for firefighter backgrounds and lettering.
