Background
The Department of State Hospitals (DSH) is issuing this solicitation for bids to secure a contractor for International Truck Service and Repair at their Coalinga facility. The goal is to ensure that DSH has access to reliable and efficient truck maintenance services, which are essential for the agency's operations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, certifications, permits, insurance, and personnel to deliver International Truck Service and Repair on an as-needed basis. The services include but are not limited to:

- Performing repairs and maintenance on International trucks;
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards;
- Providing timely service to minimize downtime;
- Maintaining accurate records of services performed.

The detailed Scope of Work can be found in Attachment 14 of the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The anticipated term of the agreement is from November 1, 2025, through October 31, 2028. All performance under the agreement must be completed by the termination date.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Department of State Hospitals – Coalinga located at 24511 West Jayne Avenue, P.O. Box 5000, Coalinga, CA 93210.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have a valid license issued by the Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Automotive Repair. They should also have a service location within a 90-mile radius of DSH-Coalinga. Additionally, bidders must provide proof of their legal right to do business in California and submit three references from customers for whom they have provided similar services within the last two years.
