25-30505-000 - Rental of Portable Chillers and Portable Cooling Towers

Background
The Department of State Hospitals (DSH) is seeking bids for the rental of portable chillers and portable cooling towers for the DSH-Patton facility, a forensic psychiatric hospital located in Patton, CA. Established in 1890, DSH-Patton provides treatment to forensically and civilly committed patients within a secure treatment area.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that the hospital has access to necessary cooling equipment on an as-needed basis.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, insurance, and personnel to deliver the rental of portable chillers and portable cooling towers. The contractor must own all rental equipment provided and must be able to deliver and set up the rental chiller within 4 hours from their central business location, which must be within a 75-mile radius of Patton State Hospital.

Period of Performance
The anticipated term of the agreement is from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2028.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Department of State Hospitals - Patton located at 3102 East Highland Avenue, Patton, CA 92369.
