Background
The California State Transportation Agency, under the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the purpose of procuring services to print and deliver California Assigned Vehicle Identification Plates (VIN910A).

Work Details

2. Material: Anodized and etched aluminum with a pressure-sensitive backing suitable for imprinting serial numbers.
3. Performance Requirements: Compliance with specified dimensions and placement; no over-runs on total order print quantity; deliveries must meet packing requirements.
4. Delivery Location: DMV Warehouse at 4201 Sierra Point Drive, Suite 112, Sacramento, CA 95834.
5. Packaging: Plates must be packaged five on a sheet with 100 sheets shrink-wrapped totaling 500 plates per package; cartons must contain exactly 12,500 plates and not exceed forty-five pounds gross weight.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon execution of the agreement by the State and will continue until all services are completed as specified.
The anticipated delivery date for the first batch of plates is October 2, 2025.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance will be at the DMV Warehouse located at 4201 Sierra Point Drive, Suite 112, Sacramento, CA.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with Executive Order N-6-22 regarding Economic Sanctions against Russia.
Bids must be submitted via email in non-fillable PDF format.
Bidders are required to provide proof of insurance including Commercial General Liability coverage of at least $1 million per occurrence and Workers' Compensation coverage as mandated by California law.
