25-001 (10) Midsize Patrol SUVs

Background
The County of Humboldt is seeking bids to supply and deliver thirty-three (33) vehicles for county use. This includes ten (10) 2025 Midsize SUV Police Pursuit Vehicles that meet California Division of Safety and OSHA requirements. The vehicles are intended for high-speed pursuit and emergency driving, aligning with the county's mission to maintain public safety.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of ten (10) new (unused), 2025 Midsize SUV Police Pursuit Vehicles. Specifications include:
- All Wheel Drive
- Color: Black with white front doors
- Ballistic door panels, front doors rated Threat level 3 or better
- Heavy-duty black rubber or vinyl floor coverings
- Door lock plunger
- Second row seat made of police-grade vinyl
- Four complete sets of OEM programmed master keys (including key fobs if equipped).

Additional options include: Front License Plate Bracket, Cargo Storage Vault, Dual LED Spot Lamps, Side Marker Lights, Vinyl Package 3, Electrochromic Rear-View Mirror Camera, and more. Each vehicle must undergo a pre-delivery inspection and be delivered with a full tank of fuel. The warranty shall cover at least three years/36,000 miles bumper-to-bumper and an extended powertrain warranty of five years/100,000 miles.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed during the 2024-2025 fiscal year as specified in the solicitation.

Place of Performance
The vehicles will be delivered to Humboldt County Fleet Services located at 2nd and J Streets, Eureka, California 95501.
