Background
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is seeking bids for roof repair services at the CHP Oakhurst Area Office. This solicitation is part of the CHP's ongoing commitment to maintain its facilities and ensure safety and functionality.

The goal of this contract is to engage a qualified contractor to perform necessary roof repairs, thereby supporting the CHP's mission to provide safety and service to the public.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive roof repair services as outlined in Exhibit A, 'Scope of Work.' This includes assessing the current condition of the roof, performing necessary repairs, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and regulations, and completing all work within the specified timeframe.

The contractor must hold a valid Contractor State License Board (CSLB) C-39 Roofing Contractor license and be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Additionally, all personnel assigned to the contract will undergo a driver license and fingerprint check before accessing CHP facilities.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance for this agreement is from May 1, 2025, through April 30, 2026. The term may be extended based on satisfactory performance and funding availability.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the CHP Oakhurst Area Office located at 40500 Redbud Avenue, Oakhurst, CA 93645.
