Background
The Department of State Hospitals (DSH) is seeking bids for Truck Roll Up Door and Lift Maintenance and Repair Services at its Coalinga facility. The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper maintenance and repair of truck roll-up doors and lifts, which are essential for the operational efficiency of the facility.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, certifications, permits, insurance, and personnel to perform Truck Roll Up Door and Lift Maintenance and Repair Services on an as-needed basis.

The services include but are not limited to: regular maintenance checks, emergency repairs, parts replacement, and compliance with safety standards. Bidders must review the minimum qualifications and detailed Scope of Work located in Attachment 14 (Sample Agreement) to complete their bid.

Period of Performance
The anticipated term of the agreement is from March 1, 2025, through February 28, 2027. All performance under the agreement must be completed by the termination date.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Department of State Hospitals located at 24511 W. Jayne Ave, Coalinga, CA 93210.
