Background
The Department of State Hospitals (DSH) is seeking bids for a contractor to perform Emergency Power Generator Maintenance and Repair services. This is a 'public works' project as defined in Labor Code 1720. The contract will include the state's General Terms and Conditions and Contractor Certification Clauses.
Work Details
