24-10036-000 Indoor Air Quality Testing

Background
The Department of State Hospitals - Atascadero is seeking bids for Indoor Air Quality Testing Services. This solicitation is part of the agency's mission to ensure a safe and healthy environment for its facilities. The contract aims to provide comprehensive testing services to assess and improve indoor air quality within the hospital premises.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, certifications, permits, insurance, personnel, and any other items necessary to deliver Indoor Air Quality Testing Services on an as-needed basis.

Bidders must review the minimum qualifications and detailed Scope of Work located in Attachment 14 of the Sample Agreement. The services include but are not limited to:
- Conducting air quality assessments
- Providing reports on findings
- Recommending improvements based on testing results
- Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.

Period of Performance
The anticipated term of the agreement is from January 6, 2025, through January 5, 2028. All performance under the agreement must be completed by the termination date.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Department of State Hospitals - Atascadero facility located in Atascadero, California.
