Background
The California Department of Veterans Affairs is inviting bids for Backflow Testing and Repair Services at the Veterans Home of California - Ventura. The bid contains a list of Key Action Dates, Bid Requirements and Information, and a three percent (3%) Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) Participation Requirement.
The DVBE Incentive and Small Business Preferences also apply.

Work Details
The contractor is responsible for meeting all licenses and certifications required to perform the scope of services set forth in this solicitation. The bid requirements include a Non-Mandatory Walkthrough, Question and Answer Period, Packaging and Submittal Instructions, Evaluation and Selection criteria, Awards process, Protests procedure, Disposition of Bids, and Agreement Execution and Performance terms.

Period of Performance
The IFB is available from April 19, 2024. The term start date is December 1, 2023 or upon approval, whichever is later.
The term end date of the agreement is June 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
The Backflow Testing and Repair Services are to be performed at the Veterans Home of California - Ventura located at 10900 Telephone Rd, Ventura, CA 93004.
