23-289 DMV Fresno parking lot sweep and steam cleaning services

Background
The Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is inviting responses for the DMV Fresno for parking lot sweep and steam cleaning services. DVBE Exempt. Project estimate: $88,776.00 for three (3) years, NOT per year.

Work Details
The Contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform parking lot sweeping and pressure washing and/or steam cleaning services at the Fresno DMV Field Office (approximately 119,319 square feet) for the term of this Agreement.
The services shall be performed at: 655 Olive Avenue, Fresno CA 93728.
The services include parking lot sweeping during non-business hours five times per week, pressure washing and/or steam cleaning on weekends, and special access area sweeping, pressure washing, and/or steam cleaning.
The Contractor is also responsible for noise abatement, proof of service, waste transportation and/or disposal, maintenance log, satisfactory service, meetings with the DMV Project Manager, and prompt payment.

Period of Performance
The term of the contract is 36 months with services to commence on a specified start date provided by the DMV Project Manager following the execution of this Agreement by the State.
