Background
The Department of General Services (DGS), Facilities Management Division (FMD) of the State of California is responsible for managing, maintaining, and operating state buildings and grounds. This contract aims to procure high-rise window washing services for twenty-two (22) state-owned buildings located in the northern region of California, specifically in Sacramento, San Francisco, and Oakland. The goal is to ensure that these facilities are maintained to a high standard through professional cleaning services.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for internal and external window washing as well as external power washing services at the following locations:

- 721 Capitol Mall, Sacramento
- 751 N Street, Sacramento
- 1416 9th Street, Sacramento
- 801 Capitol Mall, Sacramento
- 1001 I Street, Sacramento
- 800 Capitol Mall, Sacramento
- 450 N Street, Sacramento
- 1300 I Street, Sacramento
- 744 P Street, Sacramento
- 1215 O Street, Sacramento
- 1430 N Street, Sacramento
- 1501 Capitol Ave, Sacramento
- 1500 Capitol Ave, Sacramento
- 1615 Capitol Ave, Sacramento
- 1616 Capitol Ave, Sacramento
- 650 Bannon Street, Sacramento
- 650 Richards Blvd., Sacramento
- 715 P Street, Sacramento
- 455 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco
- 505 Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco
- 1515 Clay Street, Oakland.

The contractor must ensure that all glass panels are cleaned thoroughly without streaks and that interior surfaces are wiped down to prevent dirt buildup. Protective coverings must be used to safeguard all surfaces during cleaning. The contract will last for thirty-six (36) months with fixed rates throughout this period.

Period of Performance
The anticipated term of the contract will be thirty-six (36) months.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations in the northern region of California including buildings in:

- Sacramento (22 locations)
- San Francisco (2 locations)
- Oakland (1 location).
