Background
Solicitation CR23-180336 is being conducted by the Department of General Services. Office of Business and Acquisition Services on behalf of the Department of General Services (DGS) Office of State Publishing for the purchase of Oce VarioPrint 6320 Maintenance Services. The Department of General Services (DGS), Office of State Publishing (OSP) has been mandated to provide printing services to all California State Departments as requested pursuant to Government Code 14850.
Work Details
The Contractor shall provide preventive maintenance, remedial maintenance, repair, and overage click charges for two (2) Ocè VarioPrint 6320 digital printers, including three (3) booklet makers and modules.
The equipment covered by this agreement includes specific models and associated software.
The Contractor will maintain a staff of at least four (4) factory-trained technicians to support the equipment, software, and hardware identified in this SOW throughout the term of this Agreement.
Period of Performance
The anticipated term of this Agreement is five years.

The equipment covered by this agreement will be located at OSP Digital Print Facility, 1050 Richards Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95811.
