2025 Road Striping Maintenance Project, RDS 25-08

Background
The 2025 Road Striping Maintenance Project (RDS 25-08) is issued by the Napa County Department of Public Works. The project aims to enhance road safety and visibility by striping various County Roads using paint. The estimated budget for this project is $230,000.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for striping various County Roads with the following specifications:

1. Skip Lines (45 MPH or less) - 951 LF
2. 4” Center Line (Yellow) - 15,312 LF
3. 4" White Skip Lines - 1,869 LF
4. 4" One Way Passing (45 MPH or less) - 1,664 LF
5. 4” No Passing Zone (One Direction) - 11,436 LF
6. 4” No Passing Zone (Two Direction) - 286,480 LF
7. 4" Left Edge Line (Yellow) - 140 LF
8. 4” Right Edge Line - 506,407 LF
9. Right Edge Line Extension through Intersection - 47 LF
10. Median Island - 1,070 LF
11. Two Way Left Turn Lanes - 1,040 LF
12. Channelizing Line (8”) - 2,035 LF
13. Bike Lane Line (6”) - 11,933 LF
14. Type IV Turn Arrow (Left) - 2 EA
15. Type IV Turn Arrow (Right) - 2 EA
16. Pavement Marking 'SLOW SCHOOL XING' (Water Based Paint - Yellow) - 2 EA
17. Pavement Marking 'STOP' (Water Based Paint - White) - 14 EA
18. Pavement Marking 'STOP AHEAD' (Water Based Paint - White) - 1 EA
19. Pavement Markings Limit Line (Stop Line, Water Based Paint - White) - 16 EA
20. Basic Pavement Markings Crosswalks (1', Water Based Paint - White) - 28 LF
21. Basic Pavement Markings Crosswalks (1', Water Based Paint - Yellow) - 80 LF
22. Continental Crosswalks (1', Water Based Paint - Yellow) - 43 LF.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence upon award and must be completed by September 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed on various County Roads located in Napa County, California.
