Background
The County of San Diego is seeking quotes from qualified firms to provide one (1) 2025 or newer/unused Nissan Altima Model SV or a County approved equivalent. This request for quotation (RFQ) is reserved for local businesses as per the Board of Supervisors Minute Order dated January 28, 2025. The County's mission is to procure vehicles that meet their operational needs while supporting local businesses.

Work Details
The contractor will provide:

1. One (1) 2025 or newer/unused Nissan Altima Model SV or an approved equivalent.

2. Vehicle specifications include:
- Exterior Color: Super Black, Gun Metallic, or Brilliant Silver Metallic
- Powertrain: 2.5L, FWD
- Interior Color: Charcoal
- Nissan All-Season Floor Mats
- Four sets of keys with programmed remotes
- Compliance with Federal and California emissions standards.

3. Outfitting requirements include window tinting:
- Front Glass 20%
- Rear Glass 5%
- Windshield Brow Strip 20%.

4. Additional requirements for delivery and registration in California, including providing a temporary license plate and updates to the Fleet Services Acquisitions Team at specified intervals after receipt of the purchase order.

Period of Performance
The delivery of the purchased vehicle must occur no later than 120 days after receipt of the purchase order, with an actual delivery date provided within 30 days of execution of the purchase order.

Place of Performance
Delivery location is specified as County of San Diego, DGS Fleet Services, 5610 Overland Ave, San Diego, CA 92123.

Bidder Requirements
This RFQ is reserved for local businesses defined as those maintaining their headquarters within San Diego County or providing goods/services from a location within the county. Bidders must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
