Section I The County of Santa Clara (the County ) is requesting bids from vendors to provide a 2025 Ford F-150 Lightning Electric Vehicle 1/2 Ton Crew Cab 4WD Truck or Approved Equal for the Facilities and Fleet Department as specified under this Invitation to Bids (ITB). Vehicle brand/make and model number for the 2025 Ford F-150 Lightning Electric Vehicle 1/2 Ton Crew Cab 4WD Truck are provided as a reference. The County will consider equal or better products. The County is the sole judge in determining if the offered vehicle meets the County requirements. Orders will be shipped FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid and Allowed. Bid Prices should NOT include sales tax and other government-imposed fees as the County will calculate these at the time of the award. Section III Bidder(s) must complete, sign, and submit the ITB Bidder's Representation and Declaration Submittal Form With Local Preference to be considered for an award.
