Background
The El Dorado County Procurement & Contracts Division is seeking bids for the purchase of one (1) new 2025/2026 Subaru Outback Premium. The vehicle must comply with all provisions of the California Vehicle Code, State of California Division of Industrial Safety, and Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards. The goal of this contract is to procure a vehicle that meets the operational needs of the County while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Work Details
The contract involves the procurement of one (1) new 2025/2026 Subaru Outback Premium. The vehicle specifications include:
- Engine: 2.5L 4 Cyl DOHC 16 Valve Horizontal Opposed
- Transmission: Standard CVT with oil cooler
- Drivetrain: Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive (AWD)
- Brakes: Power antilock disc front and rear
- Wheels: 17” alloy wheels
- Tires: 225-65R17 All Season with Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS)
- Air Conditioning: Dual zone climate control with rear vents
- Audio System: Subaru Starlink 11.6” Multimedia with Bluetooth hands-free calling, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and six speakers
- Additional features include a rear camera, park sensor, blind-spot detection, push button start, LED fog lights, and all-weather floor liners.

The vehicle must be delivered F.O.B. destination to the Department of Transportation - Fleet Services at 2443 Headington Road, Placerville, CA 95667.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed upon acceptance of the bid until delivery of the vehicle, which is expected to occur after receipt of order.

Place of Performance
The vehicle will be delivered to the Department of Transportation - Fleet Services located at 2443 Headington Road, Placerville, CA 95667.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess a valid California Seller’s Permit at the time of bidding and maintain it in good standing throughout the awarded period. Bidders are required to complete all line items for each bid vehicle in the Quotation Schedule and provide a statement demonstrating compliance with local vendor preference if applicable.
