Background
The City of Roseville is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit bids for the procurement of 15kV Metal-Clad Switchgear for the Holt Substation.

The successful bidder must ensure that all products meet the specifications and quality standards set forth by the City, including compliance with California's prevailing wage laws and safety regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within a timeframe specified in the bid response, with delivery required by May 20, 2026.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to Holt Substation located at 3683 Westbrook Blvd., Roseville, CA 95747.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered with the California Secretary of State and provide proof of registration.
They must also be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) as this project is classified as a public works project.
A bid bond of 10% of the total bid amount is required, along with proof of necessary licenses and permits.
Bidders are also required to submit a list of subcontractors if applicable.
