Background
Caltrans is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms for On-Call Roadway Construction Services for projects 12-0R311, 12-0R313, and 12-0R315 in District 12 on SR-91. The estimated contract amount is $4,080,000.00 - $6,630,000.00 with a contract term of three years. The work will involve a wide range of tasks associated with Roadway Construction Services and will be performed within the geographical jurisdiction of this Contract set forth in the 'Location of Work' section.

Work Details
The work to be performed includes Roadway Construction Inspection and Office Engineering, Electrical Construction Inspection, Landscape Architectural Construction Inspection, Construction Claims Support, Construction Scheduling/CPM, Construction Materials Sampling and Testing, Construction Stormwater Implementation, and Roadway Construction Management.
The Consultant shall review project plans and specifications governing the contracts and materials prepared for Caltrans transportation facility construction projects.
The Consultant shall also conduct engineering analyses and prepare inspections to ensure compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local statutes, laws, codes, regulations, policies, procedures, ordinances, standards, specifications, performance standards, and guidelines.

Period of Performance
The estimated contract term is three years (3).
Interviews will be held via WebEx on July 30, 2024.
The fee for profit shall be 10.2 percent with specified escalation percentages over the contract period.
The scheduled date to complete cost negotiations and submit final cost proposal is September 17, 2024.

Place of Performance
The work shall be performed on the three construction projects 12-0R311, 12-0R313 and 12-0R315 to improve the State transportation system throughout the county of Orange in California within the limits of District 12.
