08A4002 - A&E On-call Roadway Construction Services, District 8

Background
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms for the A&E On-call Roadway Construction Services in District 8. Work Details
The consultant will provide professional and technical services on an on-call basis for various roadway construction services including:
- Electrical Construction Inspection
- Landscape Architectural Construction Inspection
- Construction Claims Support
- Construction Scheduling/Critical Path Method (CPM)
- Construction Stormwater Implementation.

The consultant must review project plans and specifications, conduct engineering and environmental analyses, prepare inspections and documentation for compliance with contract requirements, and ensure timely payments to contractors. Work will be assigned through task orders issued by the Caltrans Contract Manager.

Period of Performance
The estimated contract term is three years, commencing upon execution of the contract.

Place of Performance
Work will be performed throughout the counties of San Bernardino and Riverside in California within District 8. Projects may extend into adjoining districts or states within a thirty-mile radius.
