Description

00147 - IT SUPPORT SERVICES IN SACRAMENTO
Background
The County of Los Angeles is seeking a qualified Managed Service Provider (MSP) to deliver on-site and remote Information Technology (IT) support services for up to fourteen users located at 925 L Street, Sacramento, CA. The goal of this contract is to ensure responsive technical assistance, effective management and security of the office network infrastructure, and coordination with Los Angeles County IT as necessary.

Work Details
The MSP will provide the following services:
a. On-site and remote technical support for up to 14 users.
b. Installation, setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of network infrastructure (wired and wireless).
c. Network monitoring, security, and performance optimization.
d. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, printers, and other IT equipment and accessories.
e. User account management and basic cybersecurity awareness support.
f. Coordination with Los Angeles County IT for systems integration, compliance, and security requirements.
g. Compliance with the LA County Information Security and Privacy Requirements Exhibit.
h. Provision of proof of insurance meeting County requirements.
i. Capability in installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Cisco Meraki network equipment including switches, access points, and firewalls.
j. Support for mobile devices including smartphones and tablets covering setup, configuration, security, troubleshooting, and coordination with mobile service providers as needed.
k. Support for conference room equipment such as A/V hardware and video conferencing systems.

Period of Performance
The contract period will be for one year from the date of award.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at 925 L Street, Sacramento, CA 95814.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must maintain an active business license; provide proof of insurance meeting LA County requirements; sign the LA County Information Security and Privacy Requirements Exhibit; have a documented process for incident management; have a minimum of three years' experience with Meraki network equipment; provide a ticketing system accessible via web/email; ensure all work meets applicable security standards.
