Work Details

1. Assigning dedicated account managers for coordination and issue resolution.
2. Ensuring compliance with City work policies and standards.
3. Providing personnel who meet minimum qualifications for their roles.
4. Managing payroll, tax obligations, and maintaining accurate accounting records.
5. Reporting metrics such as employee hours worked and billing amounts on a monthly basis.
6. Ensuring that temporary employees do not exceed 1,040 hours in a specific role without prior approval.
Period of Performance
The contract will be effective upon award and will continue until the City determines it is no longer needed or until the maximum allowable duration of 18 months is reached for any individual temporary employee.
Place of Performance
Services will primarily be performed on City property in Tucson, Arizona, with potential offsite assignments by mutual agreement.
