Stadium Security Services

Background
The City of Peoria, Arizona, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Stadium Security Services at the Peoria Sports Complex. This contract aims to provide security services during the Spring Training season and other events throughout the year, aligning with the city's mission to ensure safety and security at public events.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive event security services at the Peoria Sports Complex. This includes but is not limited to:
- Crowd management
- Access control
- Emergency response
- Coordination with local law enforcement.

The contractor must ensure that all personnel are trained and equipped to handle various security situations effectively.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on the effective date indicated in the award notice and will continue for a period of two (2) years, with potential extensions of up to thirty-six (36) months upon mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Peoria Sports Complex located at 16101 N 83rd Ave, Peoria, AZ 85382.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. They must maintain current licenses and permits required for their operations. Additionally, contractors are required to provide proof of insurance coverage including Commercial General Liability and Workers' Compensation insurance.
