Background
The City of Bullhead City, Arizona, is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the construction of the SR 95/Mohave Drive Southbound Right Turn Lane Project No. 25-PW-024.
The project aims to enhance traffic flow and safety by constructing a new right-turn lane and making traffic signal improvements at the intersection of SR 95 and Mohave Drive.

9. Sidewalk Ramp Modification (1 EA)
10. Driveway Entrance Modification (430 SF)
11. Fog Seal (488 SY)
12. Asphalt Driveway Removal and Disposal (177 SY)
13. Pull Box Removal and Salvage (3 EA)
14. Traffic Signals Removal and Relocation (1 LS)
15. Sign Assembly Removal (1 EA)
16. Sign Post Foundation Removal (1 EA)
17. Pavement Marking Obliteration (315 LF)
18. Extruded Thermoplastic Pavement Marking - White (615 LF), Yellow (10 LF), Transverse Marking - White (1200 LF), Raised Pavement Markers - Type G (10 EA), Preformed Legend Marking (1 EA), Single Arrow Marking (2 EA).
Additional tasks include the installation of warning/regulatory sign panels, foundations for sign posts, electrical conduit installation, traffic signal faces installation, pedestrian push buttons installation, LED luminaire intersection installation, etc.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence within ten calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued and must be completed within 120 calendar days or less after that notice.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the intersection of SR 95 and Mohave Drive in Bullhead City, Arizona.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be valid Arizona Licensed Contractors at the time of bidding and must submit a bid bond equal to ten percent of their bid amount along with their proposal.
Additionally, bidders are required to provide a performance bond and payment bond each equal to one hundred percent of the contract amount upon award.
