Riparian Education Center & SERL Parking Lot Connection

Background
The Town of Gilbert, Arizona is seeking qualified Project Management/Construction Management firms for a Construction Manager at Risk project.
The goal is to develop a Riparian Education Center and connect the Southeast Regional Library (SERL) parking lots, enhancing community educational resources and improving site circulation.

Work Details
The project consists of two main components:
1) PR0710 Riparian Education Center - Design and construction of a 6,000 square foot facility that will include educational displays, classrooms, office space, a Town Store, exhibit space, and restrooms.
2) PR1110 SERL Parking Lot Connection - This involves connecting the parking lots on the north and west sides of SERL to facilitate vehicle circulation without exiting the site.
Additional work includes removing a non-functioning water feature at the library's northwest corner, adding dedicated right turn lanes into the site on Greenfield and Guadalupe, resurfacing existing parking lots, and addressing drainage issues.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence upon award and will continue until project completion.
The deadline for submitting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) is November 4, 2024.

Place of Performance
The project will be performed in Gilbert, Arizona, specifically at the Riparian Area for the Education Center and at the Southeast Regional Library for the parking lot connection.
