Background
Amphitheater Public Schools District, located in Tucson, Arizona, is seeking qualified professionals to provide Roofing and Weatherization: Assessment and Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC) Services for various projects. Work Details
The services required under this contract include but are not limited to:
- Pre-design services
- Program review and verification
- Site visits/inspections
- Analysis of existing structures or systems
- Recommendations for repair or replacement of existing roofing systems
- Preparation of roofing assessment reports per School Facilities Division (SFD) standards
- Coordination and communication with the District’s SFD
- Attendance at SFD meetings
- Assistance during the design phase of projects
- Coordination of sub-consultants.
The firm must have a minimum of five years of experience in non-residential roofing projects, be registered by the Arizona Board of Technical Registration (BTR), carry errors and omissions insurance ($1 million per occurrence, $2 million aggregate), and must not be affiliated with the District’s Design Firm contracted for design documents based on completed Assessment Reports.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon Governing Board approval and is set for the fiscal year 2025-2026, starting July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026. There are options to renew for up to four additional one-year periods.

The services will be performed at various locations within the Amphitheater Public Schools District in Tucson, Arizona.
