RFQ 2026 Job Order Contracting (JOC) Program

Background
Arizona State University (ASU) is seeking qualified firms or individuals to submit a statement of qualifications for providing Job Order Contracting (JOC) construction services. The goal of this contract is to facilitate construction services across any of the ASU campus locations, enhancing the university's infrastructure and facilities.

Work Details
The contract involves providing Job Order Contracting (JOC) construction services, which may include a variety of construction-related tasks as specified in the RFQ. Firms are expected to follow the guidelines and requirements outlined in the RFQ, including attending a pre-submittal meeting and submitting necessary documentation such as a Statement of Qualifications, Reference Form, and Company Profile.

Period of Performance
The contract will be open for qualifications from August 27, 2025, with submissions due by September 26, 2025. The total term of any agreement entered into will not exceed five (5) years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various Arizona State University campus locations.

Bidder Requirements
Firms must review and acknowledge understanding of the Program Information and Scope of Services. They are required to complete mandatory certifications and provide financial statements or tax returns as specified. Additionally, firms should demonstrate their commitment to sustainability practices as part of their proposal.
