The project scope includes the acquisition of a complete parking management solution that encompasses:
- Core System Components: Real-Time Occupancy Monitoring (on-street and off-street), License Plate Recognition (LPR) enforcement capabilities, Mobile/Web Payment System (including QR code and text-to-pay options), Digital Wayfinding Integration, Permit and Reservation Management System, Dynamic Pricing Engine, Time-Limit Monitoring with automated violation processing, EV Charging Integration capabilities, Centralized Management Dashboard with real-time analytics, and API Integration capabilities for Town systems.
- Hardware Components: Occupancy sensors (various technologies), LPR cameras (mobile and fixed), Payment kiosks and terminals, Digital signage and wayfinding displays, Access control equipment, EV charging station integration hardware.
- Software and Services: Cloud-based or on-premises parking management platform, Mobile applications for users and enforcement, Web-based administration portal, Reporting and analytics tools, Integration APIs, System configuration and customization services, Data migration services, Training and documentation support.
Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon execution of the agreement with an immediate project start date. Specific timelines for implementation phases will be outlined in the vendor's proposal.
