Request for Proposals for Private Air Charter Service for The University of Arizona Football Team

Background
The Arizona Board of Regents (ABOR), on behalf of the University of Arizona, is soliciting proposals from interested vendors to furnish the University with Private Air Charter Service for the University of Arizona Football Team.
This RFP aims to provide air charter services that will be accessible not only to the football team but also to all departments at the University of Arizona, as well as other state universities and educational institutions.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for providing private air charter services specifically tailored for the University of Arizona Football Team. Key requirements include:
- Availability of charter aircraft fleet, including size and quantity.
- Immediate recovery aircraft must be available.
- Experience with collegiate or NFL charters is preferred.
- Flight crew must have significant experience, particularly in collegiate football travel.
- Catering services should be evaluated for menu options and service availability.
- TSA support must include off-site TSA screening with 100% screening for the first trip and 25% for subsequent trips.
- The proposal should include pricing details and FBO support.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to cover multiple seasons, aligning with the football team's schedule, starting from June 26, 2025.

Place of Performance
Services will primarily be performed in relation to travel originating from Tucson, Arizona, with potential travel to various locations depending on game schedules.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must demonstrate compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including licensing requirements specific to air charter services. Additionally, vendors are required to submit a completed Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) for electronic and information technology compliance.
