Background
The 1Government Procurement Alliance (1GPA) is a non-profit national governmental purchasing cooperative that allows public agencies to take advantage of existing contracts to purchase goods and services from local and national vendors. Eligible members include school districts, charter schools, universities, colleges, cities, towns, municipalities, counties, states, local governments, federal government, Native American communities, fire districts, and any other political subdivision.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit qualified firms to provide project management and related services as the 1GPA Member’s representative to assist in managing any facilities and building improvement projects, construction, and related projects on an as-needed basis.
