Professional Design Services for Reid Park Zoo Master Plan Phase II Implementation

Work Requested:
The City of Tucson is requesting professional design services, including construction administration, for the implementation of the Reid Park Zoo Master Plan Phase II. The scope of work is divided into two stages:

• Stage 1: Design and construction administration for a Pygmy Hippo Habitat, with an alternative design for a Meerkat Habitat.
• Stage 2: Design and construction administration for Savannas, featuring multispecies habitats that will include giraffe, rhino, other antelope, and bird species, as outlined in the Reid Park Zoo Master Plan (RPZMP).
