Description

Permit Management Software Solution & Implementation
Background
Yuma County Department of Development Services is seeking a qualified vendor to provide software sales and implementation services for a Permit Management Software Solution. The goal is to replace the current permit system with a solution that enhances workflow management and integrates with existing county systems.

Yuma County, located in southwestern Arizona, has a population of approximately 213,000 and processes around 3,500 permit and zoning cases annually.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for:
- Preparing project management and coordination
- Providing software and performing cloud-based installation
- Assisting with business process design
- Migrating historical data
- Developing public and employee interfaces and reports
- Performing testing
- Conducting training
- Providing go-live support and stabilization services
- Ongoing support services.

The software must manage workflows related to building and land use permits, inspections, code enforcement, and regulatory programs. It should also integrate with other county systems such as financial management and geographic information systems.

Period of Performance
The project is expected to begin on August 1, 2025, and be completed by June 30, 2026.
