Background
The City of Mesa, Arizona, is issuing Solicitation #2025096 for Pavement Preservation Materials. The goal of this contract is to establish a term contract for the provision of various pavement preservation materials necessary for the city's infrastructure maintenance and improvement efforts. This initiative aligns with the city's mission to maintain safe and efficient roadways for its residents.

Work Details
The contractor will provide pavement preservation materials as specified in the Technical Specifications. The estimated quantities for the first twelve months include:

1. Terminal Blend Rubber Modified Asphaltic Emulsion (TRMSS, CQS-1H-TR, LMCQS-1H-TR) - approximately 600,000 gallons annually.
2. Polymer Modified Asphalt Emulsion (CSS-1H, CQS-1H, LMCQS-1H, LMCQS-FSR) - approximately 100,000 gallons annually.
3. Cationic Quick Set Emulsified Asphalt - approximately 50,000 gallons annually.
4. Cationic Quick Set Latex Modified Emulsified Asphalt - approximately 375,000 gallons annually.
5. Polymer Modified Rejuvenating Emulsion (PMRE) - approximately 50,000 gallons annually.

All products must meet specific minimum specifications outlined in the solicitation documents, including testing results from independent laboratories within the last 90 days. Delivery must be made within 24 hours of receiving an order to various locations within Mesa city limits.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for a term of three years from the date of award, with options for mutual written renewal for up to two additional years and potential extensions for up to six months beyond the initial term.

Place of Performance
The delivery of materials will occur at various locations within the City limits of Mesa, Arizona.
