On-Call Professional Services - Architectural Services

Background
The Town of Queen Creek, Arizona, is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified architectural firms to provide professional architectural and related services on an as-needed basis at various locations within the Town. The goal is to establish a pre-qualified selection list for On-Call Architectural Services, allowing the Town to efficiently engage architectural services as required.

The selected firms may be tasked with providing a range of architectural design and construction administration services, including but not limited to:

- Project Administration and Supporting Services
- Design Services (Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents)
- Programming and Conceptual Design
- Project Feasibility and Preliminary Cost Estimating Services
- Site Design/Planning
- Rendering/Modeling
- Planning and Permitting Services
- Construction Drawings and Technical Specifications
- Construction Administration Services as Architect of Record
- Materials Research/Specifications
- Interior and Exterior Design
- Signage and Graphic Design
- Space Planning
- Facilities Planning
- ADA site and project review/plans
- Building Condition and Reuse Feasibility Studies
- Existing Facilities Surveys
- Building Lighting Design
- Energy Analysis and Design
- Lifecycle Evaluation
- Building commissioning services.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will continue for a period of one year, with the option for the Town to renew the contract for four additional one-year periods, not exceeding a total of five years. Each individual project task order will have its own specific schedule as agreed upon by the Consultant and the Town.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within the Town of Queen Creek, Arizona.

Bidder Requirements
Consultants must be qualified architectural firms with appropriate licenses. They are required to maintain insurance coverage as specified in Exhibit B of the contract documents, including general liability insurance with limits no less than $1 million per occurrence. Additionally, consultants must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including obtaining necessary permits.
