Background
The City of Phoenix Water Services Department is seeking a contractor with experience in supplying mechanical seals and providing maintenance, replacement, and repair services on an as-needed basis. The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability of mechanical seals and related parts to support the operations of the Water Services Department.
Work Details
The contractor will supply new mechanical seals as specified in each purchase order. They will provide replacement seal services as needed and offer all required machinery and specialized equipment for repair services. Additionally, the contractor must provide price quotes for all mechanical seal manufacturers available for purchase, including but not limited to AES, Chesterton, Flowserve, and John Crane.
The contractor is also required to conduct a minimum of two training sessions on-site or at their facility covering installation processes, best practices, and troubleshooting. Furthermore, they will be responsible for shipping or picking up defective items and replacing them at their own expense.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence on or about January 1, 2025, for a five-year period.

The services will be performed at various locations operated by the City of Phoenix Water Services Department.
