Marketing and Creative Services for ASU, J. Orin Edson Entrepreneurship + Innovation Institute

Background
Arizona State University (ASU) is seeking proposals for monthly marketing, creative direction, and advanced project support services for The J. Orin Edson Entrepreneurship + Innovation Institute.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the marketing efforts and creative output of the institute, which plays a vital role in supporting entrepreneurship and innovation.

Work Details
The selected contractor will provide a comprehensive range of marketing and creative services including:
- Creative direction
- Content creation
- Graphic design
- Proofreading
- Editing
- Marketing consulting
- Project management
- Training

The proposal should account for up to 45 hours of dedicated support each month and demonstrate the capacity to handle more complex marketing projects such as advanced collateral design beyond the standard monthly services.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to continue on a monthly basis until further notice or as specified in the final agreement.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at Arizona State University locations or remotely as required by the project needs.

Bidder Requirements
Proposers must demonstrate extensive experience in providing similar services over the past five years. They are required to submit at least three references from similar projects.
Proposals must also include an organizational chart detailing key personnel with relevant experience.
