Landscaping Services Commercial

Background
The City of Phoenix is seeking sealed offers for commercial landscaping services under a five-year contract starting on or about May 1, 2025.

The goal is to ensure the maintenance and enhancement of public spaces through professional landscaping services, aligning with the city's commitment to community beautification and environmental stewardship.

Work Details
The contractor must provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, materials, landfill, disposal fees, permits, transportation, and associated services necessary to complete all work in accordance with the specifications.

Services include regular grounds and landscape maintenance as well as emergency and project-related services. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws including ANSI, OSHA, ISA standards among others.

Monthly Work Plans detailing maintenance operations must be submitted to the Housing Representative for approval before any invoices can be processed. Regular services will follow a semiannual schedule that identifies tasks and frequencies for each service location. The contractor is responsible for notifying the city in advance of any specialized maintenance activities such as fertilization or soil amendments.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on or about May 1, 2025, and will last for five years.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within various locations throughout the City of Phoenix.
