International Services

Background
Arizona State University (ASU) is seeking to engage suppliers capable of delivering comprehensive international services. The goal of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to increase the number of authorized vendors, specifically Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs), Security Services, and Translators that can provide services abroad. This initiative is driven by a high demand for such services and a current lack of authorized international vendors.

Work Details
The contract will encompass the following services:

1. Global PEO/Employer of Record (EOR) services, including HR management, compliance support, and strategic consulting for international operations.

2. International security services, which include risk assessments, crisis management, and personnel safety training for university staff operating internationally.

3. Translation and interpreter services covering various languages with a focus on quality assurance and confidentiality in handling sensitive materials.

Proposers must demonstrate their capabilities in managing the full employment lifecycle internationally, including onboarding, payroll processing, tax compliance, and employee relations support.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to last for an initial term of one year with options to renew based on performance evaluations.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed globally as required by ASU's international operations.

Bidder Requirements
Proposers must demonstrate experience in providing international employment services specifically for higher education institutions. They should provide evidence of compliance with international labor laws and regulations, possess necessary certifications relevant to their service offerings, and have established processes for managing global talent mobility issues.
