Arizona State University (ASU) is seeking to engage suppliers capable of delivering comprehensive international services. The goal of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to increase the number of authorized vendors, specifically Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs), Security Services, and Translators that can provide services abroad. This initiative is driven by a high demand for such services and a current lack of authorized international vendors.
Work Details
The contract will encompass the following services:
1. Global PEO/Employer of Record (EOR) services, including HR management, compliance support, and strategic consulting for international operations.
2. International security services, which include risk assessments, crisis management, and personnel safety training for university staff operating internationally.
3. Translation and interpreter services covering various languages with a focus on quality assurance and confidentiality in handling sensitive materials.
